Customers can purchase and pick up directly from our farms. We supply both retail and wholesale markets — retail customers can shop onsite, while wholesale orders are managed through the above link.
Single punnets are only available during the harvest season when our café is open. Outside of this period, purchases are available by the carton. We occasionally run specials on cartons to encourage farm visits, but our recommended retail prices reflect standard supermarket pricing.
We deliver across New Zealand using chilled freight to ensure your order arrives fresh and frozen. Rural deliveries may take an extra day or two. For bulk or wholesale orders, we can also arrange direct freight to cafes, bakeries, and food producers nationwide.
Brix (°Bx) is a measurement of the sugar content in a liquid or fruit. Specifically, it represents the percentage of soluble solids (mostly sugars, but also includes vitamins, minerals, acids, and other dissolved solids) in a solution.
In simple terms:
1° Brix = 1 gram of sucrose in 100 grams of solution
(e.g. juice or fruit pulp).
In the context of blueberries:
A Brix reading of 10–14 means that for every 100g of juice extracted from the berries, 10 to 14 grams are sugar and other soluble solids.
Higher Brix usually indicates a sweeter, riper, more flavorful fruit.
It’s commonly measured using a refractometer and is an important quality indicator in the food industry, especially for fruit and juice products.
