Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We offer a range of shipping options designed to get your fresh produce to you quickly and safely. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. 

We want you to be delighted with your order. If something isn’t quite right – whether an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described – please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note: due to the nature of fresh produce and perishables, many of our products cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty on arrival. This is in line with NZ consumer protection standards for food items.

Return Costs & Refund Processing

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping – return shipping is at your own expense. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund using your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges or Replacements

In some cases, we may offer an exchange or send out a replacement instead of issuing a refund – especially for limited or seasonal products. We’ll confirm the most appropriate option with you after assessing the issue.

Proof of Purchase

To help us process any issues quickly, please keep a copy of your order confirmation email or receipt. This allows us to verify your order details and transaction history.

Supporting Sustainable Shopping

We’re proud to be part of a sustainable supply chain. Please consider whether a return is necessary, and contact us first if there’s any issue. We’re often able to find a solution without the need for returns, which helps reduce waste and emissions.
