
Liam's blueberry smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Natural yoghurt
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries
- Milk
- Icecream (optional)
Method
Blend it all together until it reaches the desired consistency adjust the quantities and ingredients to suit your taste and dietary requirements.
Frozen berries will produce the fantastic colour and give a nice chill to your smoothie.

Add a handful of oats for extra fibre and a more filling smoothie – great for breakfast!
Swap milk for almond or oat milk to make it dairy-free.
Drizzle in some honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
Top with chia seeds or granola for extra crunch and nutrition.
Want a thicker texture? Use less milk or add a few ice cubes before blending.
Make it fun for kids by pouring into popsicle moulds and freezing into smoothie ice blocks.
